Embodied Permission:
In fertile soil

re:treat

Maybe we were told our longing was too much and we clenched it, held back and dimmed ourselves to fit in. Can we give ourselves permission to be all that we are? This is the invitation in.

If you have never dipped your toe into any kind of somatic practice, dance or conscious movement, that is absolutely okay. Everyone is welcome in this sacred space. No previous experience is necessary– only your curiosity, an open heart, and your desire to move and be moved.

We will move within a safe container, as we ride the cosy confines of comfort as well as the daring edges of discomfort. We will be honouring our souls through movement, by letting our bodies speak.

Sitting with the  what ifs?

“Being around her is being in the presence of clear and fierce life force."

“Camilla truly is a living breathing embodiment of permission, to be yourself, fully alive with what is moving you. Being around her is being in the presence of clear and fierce life force, ready to embrace and move with whatever this moment brings."

- Ida Helmers,
Somatic Relating

"Embodied Permission gives me the permission to be me."

That is freeing, liberating and scary at times because it means for me to leave old patterns behind and daring to truly become myself. Not the version adapting to what I assume the expectations of others are. I enter a delicate and intriguing space of now.

- Anne Stilling,
Psychologist & Movement Teacher

"First time meeting Camilla it was like coming home."

"I felt truly seen and experienced a permission to be all of me, even the parts I’d rather hide. Being on a floor with Camilla is fun, sensuous, expanding and also challenging in the best of ways."

- Magdalena Perers,
Embodiment Teacher

"It is coming home to myself, my body, the bigger "we", to being human."

"Being and moving together keeps widening my heart, it melts me into tears to fumble and stumble with words and emotions with less shame.

- Lisa Moser,
Soul Motion Teacher

"Camilla changes people’s lives simply by stepping into their field."

"I've seen it again and again. As soon as she enters the room everything changes"

- Pete Longworth,
Creator of Content That Matters

"I don't have to think about what is allowed or not, there is just a permission."

"I have a permission to slow down. I get to practice here then to go into the world with more confidence not needing validation.
To have someone here is such a fruitful ground for practicing."

- Anna-Riikka,
Coach

"I allowed myself to be the size I am without trying to me smaller or less visible."

"Nothing is required and you get just as much out of it as what you put into it.
I found a new joy in movement and dance and my honest emotional expression"

- Marko,
Business Manager

"I am coming out of hiding and coming home. "

"With Camilla's guidance, practices and the community she created in Embodied Permission Training is a thrilling journey that I am still on, and truly as she puts it, a journey of a lifetime!

- Anne Stilling,
Movement Teacher & Psychologist

Frequently Asked
Questions

Got questions? Here's some answers!

01

Absolutely! All you have to bring is your body, and you will be extra prepared. The only thing you need is your curiosity to move and be moved. Your presence and willingness to be there is enough. I have had bodies that are simply in need of stillness, sitting down for entire weekends, and that is just perfect.

All of you is welcome. This is a come-as-you-are event. We choose dance as one of the ways we open wide for the conscious creative stream within us to flow freely. And guess what– it doesn’t even have to look like dancing!

02

Darling, the little itch in your belly is your body coming awake to knowing there is more for you to journey into. The beginning of stepping into the unknown. Every time we risk and commit to something new, doubt might raise its head.

That internal ‘yesnoyesnoyesno’ makes us aware that something is at stake… and we get to decide! I am not here to convince you…. but lean back, take one breath, ask your body. The body will (almost) always be clear in responding with an excited yes or a resounding no. Follow that bodily feedback.
