Whether you wish to facilitate The Embodied Permission Method™ or weave it into your life or business, this is your invitation to step in - to cross the threshold and enter the field.
If you’d like to connect or feel into whether this training is right for you, you’re warmly welcome to reach out.
As we learn to widen our capacity for embodiment, the flow of life begins to move more freely through us and as us.
Here, we step into embodied self-leadership — not through force, but through presence, clarity, and the courage to trust our knowing.
The way we move, speak, and lead becomes a living transmission — an offering that inspires and transforms.
We allow the new to emerge as a sacred act of devotion. We revalue ourselves as the creators of what unfolds and practice radical self-worth — stepping out of our own way so we can receive what we seek.
As awareness deepens, more of who you are begins to express itself freely, released from patterns once carried in the body.
Through the journey of the body, we give embodied permission — this is the invitation in.
With a longing to live with greater ease, effortlessness, and joy, playfulness becomes the inspired action we take.
Here, we set intention in motion, consciously moving toward rather than away — finding our yes and following the current of ease.
You feel a desire to guide others into deeper embodiment and transformation — learning to hold spaces that awaken, support, and empower.
You are called to be led by your body — where movement and embodied presence open doorways to clarity, ease, and deep knowing.
Integration into everyday life and leadership — supporting sustainable embodiment beyond the training space.
A phase of deeper integration, allowing embodied awareness and relational capacity to expand through shared practice and exploration
We establish the foundations of embodied presence and begin integrating the principles of The Embodied Permission Method™ through guided sessions and practice.
This training is for livers, lovers, and leaders — those curious to attune to their bodies, to community, and to the wisdom of nature itself.
Called into something greater than ourselves, we enter a shared field — embodied, present, and rooted in our humanness.
Whether you arrive for personal transformation, deeper intimacy, conscious parenthood, creative expression, or leadership in life, work, or business, this journey invites a more alive way of living, loving, and relating.
For bodyworkers, movement teachers, coaches, and guides longing to embody their work more fully, the Embodied Presence Training offers a grounded path of integration.
Here, life and business become play on purpose — pleasure as an inner compass, allowing the right people to find you.
Because it was always you,
underneath it all.

If you’re feeling the pull but have questions, let’s see if we can make it a full-body yes, together. Reach out, and let’s connect.
Embodied Presence Training was born from more than 30 years of study, practice, and lived experience across movement, somatic work, and personal development.
Rather than adding another method, this work emerged from asking what was missing — a way to return to the body as the place from which lasting change unfolds.
Here, we move through the body to create beyond the mind. Structure and freedom meet; clarity and softness coexist. The training is not about becoming someone new, but about reconnecting with what was always present.
I sometimes call it a Lovevolution — because whatever we meet becomes an invitation to open, relate, and live with greater capacity for love.
No. The Embodied Presence Training is open to anyone who feels called to deepen their relationship with their body, themselves, others, and the natural world.
Many participants join for personal integration, self-leadership, or to live and work with greater presence and ease. Others choose to bring the practices into their professional lives — whether as teachers, coaches, leaders, or guides.
The three-month journey stands fully on its own as a personal and professional foundation. For those who wish to continue, it also serves as the prerequisite for the Embodied Permission Facilitator pathway.
At its core, this training is not about becoming someone new, but about learning to live and lead from embodied presence.
No previous experience is needed.
The Embodied Presence Training meets you exactly where you are. Movement is approached as a way of listening to the body — not as performance or technique. There is no right way to move, and participation can look many different ways, including stillness, rest, or quiet observation.
All that is required is your curiosity and willingness to be present with your own experience.
Many participants arrive with little or no background in somatic or movement-based practices. Your body already knows the way — you simply learn to listen.
It’s completely natural to feel both curiosity and hesitation when considering something new.
Rather than trying to decide from the mind alone, you’re invited to pause and listen inwardly. Notice what happens in your body when you imagine joining — a sense of openness, contraction, curiosity, or clarity.
This training is not for everyone, and there is nothing to convince. Trust your own timing and response. If the answer feels like a grounded yes, you are warmly welcome. If not, that is equally valid.
“Camilla truly is a living breathing embodiment of permission, to be yourself, fully alive with what is moving you. Being around her is being in the presence of clear and fierce life force, ready to embrace and move with whatever this moment brings."
- Ida Helmers,
Somatic Relating
"That is freeing, liberating and scary at times because it means for me to leave old patterns behind and daring to truly become myself. Not the version adapting to what I assume the expectations of others are. I enter a delicate and intriguing space of now."
- Anne Stilling,
Psychologist & Movement Teacher
"I felt truly seen and experienced a permission to be all of me, even the parts I’d rather hide. Being on a floor with Camilla is fun, sensuous, expanding and also challenging in the best of ways."
- Magdalena Perers,
Embodiment Teacher
"Being and moving together keeps widening my heart, it melts me into tears to fumble and stumble with words and emotions with less shame."
- Lisa Moser,
Soul Motion Teacher
"I've seen it again and again. As soon as she enters the room everything changes."
- Pete Longworth,
Creator of Content That Matters
"I have a permission to slow down. I get to practice here then to go into the world with more confidence not needing validation.
To have someone here is such a fruitful ground for practicing."
- Anna-Riikka Kärnä,
Coach
"Nothing is required and you get just as much out of it as what you put into it.
I found a new joy in movement and dance and my honest emotional expression."
- Marko,
Business Manager
"With Camilla's guidance, practices and the community she created in Embodied Permission Training is a thrilling journey that I am still on, and truly as she puts it, a journey of a lifetime!
