Sometimes what lands when we stop trying to sound like ourselves is where we finally get to meet our less edited selves.
I believe what lands there might be some of the most honest writing we can do.
And perhaps, from there, we can meet the world with open arms to our heart.
Each time we meet, we begin by arriving.
A meditation or a short mindful movement takes us from getting into the room to actually being in the room.
I might bring a poem.A story. An audio piece. A question. And then we write together.
To put pen to paper before we know what we want to say.
To let the hand move before the polished self has had time to arrive.
We meet.We land. We write. We read to one another.
No critique.
No fixing.
No need to make it good.
This is wild writing.
A dance with pen on paper.
We write poorly.
It might be messy.
We say yes to what comes and meet ourselves on the page, with as much ink on the paper as we can.
You don't need to consider yourself a writer.
You don't need to have anything to say before you arrive.
Bring a pen.
Bring paper.
Bring yourself.
The class will be held in English, but if you feel most at home writing in your mother tongue, you are more than welcome to do so.
There is something profound about hearing a piece read in a language we don't understand — listening beyond the words to the person, the rhythm, the breath, the voice.
Come join this conscious stream of creativity.
Write away.
“Camilla truly is a living breathing embodiment of permission, to be yourself, fully alive with what is moving you. Being around her is being in the presence of clear and fierce life force, ready to embrace and move with whatever this moment brings."
- Ida Helmers,
Somatic Relating
"That is freeing, liberating and scary at times because it means for me to leave old patterns behind and daring to truly become myself. Not the version adapting to what I assume the expectations of others are. I enter a delicate and intriguing space of now."
- Anne Stilling,

"I felt truly seen and experienced a permission to be all of me, even the parts I’d rather hide. Being on a floor with Camilla is fun, sensuous, expanding and also challenging in the best of ways."

"Being and moving together keeps widening my heart, it melts me into tears to fumble and stumble with words and emotions with less shame."
- Lisa Moser,

To have someone here is such a fruitful ground for practicing."
